1 - Have a PASSION (or expertise) in a niche that has LOTS of interest, lots of search volume and online entrepreneurs currently publishing content in (diet, dating, divorce... it doesn't matter WHAT the niche is, as long as it's big, and people are making money in it right now)

(if you don't have a golden girls serie passion in a niche like this, take a week and study ONE high volume marketplace, and become an "expert" in being able to talk the talk of this specific market)

2 - Be willing to create COPIOUS amount of content in this niche that you can sell for cash. For example - THIS article took me 12 minutes to write. I can write 4 of these an hour with amazing ease... AND I can sell articles in the entrepreneurial "niche" for 12 dollars a piece MINIMUM... all the way up to $25 or more, depending on the specific subset of the marketplace, and of course, the relationships I have with those who crave my content... :-)

At a bare minimum, $50 an hour would only require YOU to do the same content output that I do... and believe it or not, there are plenty of folks who are FAR faster and more proficient than I. (mostly because I like to watch Judge Joe Brown re-runs while I work, and the more complex cases require I pay closer attention on the TV, than my PC... ;-)

Seriously though?

I don't sell my content to ANYONE, simply because it's far more valuable to ME, than $50 per hour.
