Here are some guides on how to run fast in Metin2:
First, you can gain some decent boots (+5+6), therefore you have +10% or higher movement speed.

Second, go to item(metin2 yang) mall and purchase 'wind chaser boots' +30% movement speed. Quest you can obtain it from: Level 16-18 kill white oath shaman, this is a bug! You need to read some scroll before talking to Garrisons chief again. And those boots are non-trade able so make the character to farm them on the same account as the character which you want to use them.

Third, make lots of characters level 27, then you will acquire a quest with reward 'Fast move curse' +60% movement speed
-Garrison Chief Break the metin of black – Reward: 300.000EXP, Fast Move Curse (+60% Speed Mov. Potion), Liquor of Speed

Fourth, try to put some haste +2+3+4 stones into your armor, you could also take a lvl 1 armor because they have no -movement speed, +15%+20% movement speed, those stones are expensive, metin2 yang but if you try to farm metin's while leveling your characters that you will get some.

Fifth, have a try to get some equipment (Only earrings; max+20%) this is not recommended, as +hp gear is more important and those stuff is even harder to find then not item all upgraded +1500 hp stuff.

Sixth, you should always put your shield, metin2 gold except when it has + movement speed. A level 41 shield has -10, a level 21 shield has -6 so put it out! That is all, hope it could help you more or less.
